A variety of choices for individuals to
become entrepreneurs!
MAIN MARKET
We are careful to not take inside vendors with directly competitive
products already carried by long-established vendors. Monthly rents
vary in price, depending on size and location of stand. A charity
booth is available to not-for-profit organizations. Security deposit
and first month's rent must be paid in advance.
A 60 day notice is required upon vacating Zern's Market. Your
security deposit will be returned in full as long as the rent
payments are current and stand area is left clean and in good
condition.
COVERED FLEA MARKET
Used, refurblished, unique and old items may be offered here, or new
products that do not compete with our inside vendors. Rental is
$36.00 a weekend for a 8 x 9 area, and this includes use two eight foot
tables. Most
spaces in the Covered Flea Market must be paid weekly. If space is
available you may rent a space for one day at the rate of $26.00.
MIDWAY
Weekend rental is $31 for an 8 x 9 foot area - including two eight
foot tables. One day rental is $24.00. The midway is a colorful
option at a reduced price and especially good in mild weather.
Temporary canopy structures may be used for shade. $3.00 Extra For Electric Service
